Even as north India shudders under harsh winter conditions, heavy fog disrupted flight schedules in Delhi on Monday morning.
Ten flights have been cancelled, 20 have been delayed and 23 diverted so far.
But there could be some relief for fliers. The Govt has intervened after passengers were hit by a day of disruptions. According to the new rules, the minimum visibility required for a large aircraft to land has been reduced to 150 metres from the earlier 175 metres
